With regular practice, you will feel more flexible & stable at the same time, with a strong and long body that you will feel good about! The breathing alone is enough to release any tension and stress, and leave you feeling energized.
In this bundle I've packaged 3 series of Pilates sessions that I put together over the last 2 years, for a total of 35 workouts! They are all 25-30 minutes and each series gradually progresses in intensity.
