The breathing alone is enough to release any tension and stress, and leave you feeling energized.
In this bundle I've packaged 3 series of Pilates sessions that I put together over the last 2 years, for a total of 35 workouts! They are all 25-30 minutes and each series gradually progresses in intensity.
