CORE workouts twice weekly, progressing each session. Focus on breathing, mindful movement, mat based pilates exercises. Sessions 1-6 no equipment needed. Sessions 7-12 option of bands will be added.

3 x weekly interval training workouts, to challenge the entire body, with strengthening, cardio and high intensity options.
Continue on the Summer Blast Program with BOTH the FIT-MIND and FIT-BODY (Interval & Core) sessions for the next 6 weeks (July 19 - August 27) and get the best value! Each week the workouts will progress, varying the principles of exercise to continue to challenge your mind and body and make sure you don't plateau to the adaptations that are happening for you with the consistent workouts you do. I'll continue to talk, teach you about and work in the principles of minimal dose effect, FITT principles, brain training, mind-body connections and breathwork. These are all methods to help you have a well fully rounded fitness program, to challenge the mind and body, provide active and passive rest and recovery, techniques to destress, and stay mindful to connect to the outcomes you really want for yourself. PLUS continue with the mindfulness sessions to really implement the new lifestyle, connect with other likeminded people, and create a lifelong habit of healthy active living. ALL SESSIONS WILL BE IN ZOOM, AND RECORDED INTO HTE WEBSITE WITHIN 24 HOURS (no facebook group this round). Interval sessions are live 6:15am Mon, Wed & Fri CORE sessions are live Tues & Thurs at 4:30pm Mindfulness session weekly will be recorded and available in the website / app library.
