What you'll get:
- 6 weeks of workouts
- Interval Training with options for varying intensity
- 3x weekly, 30-40 minute sessions
- Movement challenges will increase over the 6 weeks to ensure you continue to progress in strength, cardiovascular and respiratory fitness, agility and metabolism
- Suitable for beginner to intermediate exercises, with advanced option suggestions.
- Perfect posture and movement patterns will be reviewed
Classes require an exercise mat and light (3-5lb) to medium (5-10lbs) handweights.
