Join me in the Summer Blast Program 2021 workout program! Daily workouts (Mon-Fri). All recorded so you can do these anytime!

Each week the workouts will progress, varying the principles of exercise science to continue challenging your mind and body and make sure you don't plateau and continue to have metabolic and physiological adaptations with your consistent workouts!  I'll continue to explain & and implement the principles of minimal dose effect,  FITT principles, brain training, mind-body connections and breathwork.  These are all methods for a fully rounded fitness program, to challenge the mind and body, provide active and passive rest and recovery, techniques to destress, and stay mindful to connect to the outcomes you really want for yourself.  

What you'll get:

  • 3x/ week Interval Training workouts, each week varying in time from 30-35-40 minutes
  • Maximize metabolic boost with high intensity options in all interval workouts
  • Build your strength with varying focus on cardio, upper body and lower body each week, one workout of each
  • Tighten, tone and stabilize your core with 2x/ week core sessions (30 min)
  • Join LIVE or follow the recorded sessions
  • 2x Weekly Mindfulness, behaviour change and habit forming techniques to help you shift the blocks that may have prevented you from progressing in the past
  • Mindfulness session group discussion (NOT RECORDED) so you can share, ask questions and chat, connecting to the group 
  • BONUS in person sessions!   For anyone local to me, when the weather permits we will plan an outdoor workout or mindfulness session together!
