  •  Weather permitting, some activities will be outdoors, including a forest walk, with a pause for grounding and yoga flows. If it rains, all activities will be indoors.
  •  Bring suitable hiking shoes, and layers for the weather. If you have your own yoga mat please bring it. Limited mats will be available.
