LifeStretch with Carrie Registration

Join Carrie's gentle mobility-stretch class for pain free movements, coordinated with your breath to find new ranges of motion in your body!

What you'll get:

  • 2 stretch sessions weekly, focusing on 1-2 fascial lines and adjoining muscles
  • LifeStretch uses slow constant movements (no static stretches or holding of postures) to promote the movement of fluids, to hydrate the fascia and lessen that ‘stiff’ feeling. 

  • You will feel light and relaxed after each session, knowing how to use fascial stretch techniques independently to mobilize all areas of your body
  • All sessions are live, but also recorded for your future view and ongoing practice

*this is a virtual group program, and individual assessments are not possible through the group platform. If you have any injuries, cardiovascular or other concerns, or have been told by a health care professional that you should avoid stretching or physical activity, please consult with your health care provider before joining this program.
